Scope and contact

This policy describes information handled through the Solve3 website operated by Solve3 Labs, USA. Contact admin@solve3.fi with privacy questions or requests. Public blockchain records and independent wallet, RPC and explorer services are subject to their own technical characteristics and policies.

Information used by the app

Wallet-connected features use public wallet addresses, balances, positions and transaction information to display protocol state. The airdrop service records eligible EVM addresses and allocations, the associated Solana destination when claiming, claim transaction identifiers, timestamps and claim status. Administrative and token-request features may retain the information submitted through their forms. If you email us, your message and contact details are available to us.

Your browser may retain network, wallet-connection and interface preferences. Hosting and network providers can receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser details and requested URLs. Do not enter seed phrases, private keys or unrelated sensitive information into the site or a support message.

Why information is processed

Information is used to display positions and balances, verify signed requests, calculate and administer eligibility, prevent duplicate claims and abuse, process requested features, investigate errors and respond to support or legal requests. An EVM-to-Solana claim links those addresses in the allocation records; it should not be treated as an anonymous action.

Public records and service providers

Transactions and account data published on Solana can be inspected, copied and analyzed by anyone, including through block explorers. Blockchain records may remain accessible indefinitely and cannot generally be erased by Solve3 Labs. Loading the site, connecting a third-party wallet or requesting blockchain data also sends information to the providers involved. Following an external link subjects you to that provider's practices. Information may need to be disclosed to meet applicable legal requirements or investigate abuse.

Retention and your choices

Claim and allocation records are retained to administer the distribution and prevent duplicate claims. Support and operational records may remain necessary for investigation or legal obligations. You can disconnect your wallet and clear browser storage, but these actions do not remove public blockchain history or server-side claim records.

Ask admin@solve3.fi about access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify control of a relevant account without asking for its private key. Requests are subject to applicable law and the need to preserve transaction integrity; deletion of an on-chain record cannot be promised.

Security and policy changes

No internet service can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security. Use a dedicated test wallet for devnet and protect your credentials. This interface is not intended for children who cannot legally agree to its terms; contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. This policy may be updated as the product and its data handling change. Check the revision date and contact us if a practice is unclear.
