Who operates this interface
Solve3 Labs, USA, provides the Solve3 website and its interface to Solana programs. These terms cover your use of the website and the features it makes available. Questions and notices can be sent to admin@solve3.fi. The Privacy policy explains how information is handled; the Legal disclosures describe protocol-specific risks.
Devnet participation
Solve3 currently provides a testing environment on Solana devnet. Test SOL, SOLV3, pool tokens, positions and displayed reward estimates are not money and carry no promise of redemption, mainnet allocation or future value. Features, balances, epochs and eligibility lists may change or be reset during testing. Do not send real assets to a test deployment.
Eligibility and lawful use
Use the interface only if you can legally agree to these terms and your participation is lawful where you are located. If acting for an organization, you must have its authorization. Do not use Solve3 for sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud, stolen assets or other unlawful activity. Applicable U.S. sanctions and other applicable restrictions remain relevant even when an interface is publicly accessible.
Wallets and transaction approval
You control your wallet credentials. Never give Solve3 Labs or a purported support representative your seed phrase or private key. Review the network, program, token mint, recipient, amount, price limits and instructions shown by your wallet before approving a message or transaction. A wallet connection alone is not a transaction approval.
Transactions may fail, incur network fees or execute at a different price from an earlier quote. Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed by the website. Disconnecting a wallet does not cancel a submitted transaction, withdraw liquidity, revoke an on-chain approval or release a lock.
Liquidity, locks, votes and incentives
Liquidity positions can lose value relative to holding the underlying assets and may stop earning fees when outside their selected range. Locks restrict access to deposited tokens under the deployed program rules. A permanent lock has no ordinary time-based expiry; any supported exit has its own conditions and costs.
Votes direct emissions under the current epoch rules. Bribes are voluntary voting incentives for a selected gauge, not a purchase of votes or a guarantee of emissions. Trading-fee rewards depend on actual collection and funding. Rewards, APRs, estimates, token listings and airdrop allocations are not promises of profit, payment or eligibility. Deposits should not be assumed refundable.
Acceptable use and security reports
Do not impersonate other users, submit deceptive token information, manipulate markets unlawfully, claim someone else's allocation, or interfere with the website or its users. Do not exploit a discovered vulnerability to take assets or personal information. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to admin@solve3.fi with enough information to investigate; do not include secrets. Ordinary public-chain analysis is not prohibited by these terms.
Third parties and information
Wallets, RPC services, block explorers, token issuers and other linked services operate independently and may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Availability of a token or link is not an endorsement. The interface provides technical information, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. Obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances and meet your own reporting obligations.
Availability and responsibility
Software and blockchain infrastructure can fail. Solve3 Labs does not promise uninterrupted access, accurate quotes, complete indexing, compatibility with every wallet or freedom from vulnerabilities. To the extent applicable law permits, the interface is provided without a contractual guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose or future returns.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solve3 Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the interface. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides mandatory consumer rights, or excuses fraud. These terms do not require binding arbitration or select an exclusive court venue.
Changes, access and contact
Solve3 Labs may update features and these terms as the project develops. The revision date identifies the current text; material changes should be reviewed before further use. Access may be restricted for security, maintenance or legal reasons. Restrictions on this interface do not by themselves change an on-chain position. Open-source software remains subject to its applicable licenses, and third-party trademarks remain their owners' property. For questions or disputes, contact admin@solve3.fi.
